Safety and Management Works in renovation of Berzieri SPA site

Proj.Eco Engineering has been appointed as Safety Coordinator and Project Management as part of environmental remediation activities and strip-out tasks, preparatory to the renovation of Berzieri SPA buildings in Salsomaggiore, owned by QC Terme.

The redevelopment of the site, worldwide known as symbol of 100 years of Italian thermalism, follows the purchase in 2021 by CDP. The overall operation required significant investments and the site is expected to reopen by 2025.
