White Bridge Investments III, a private equity company committed to real economy investment for years, enters the agronomy sector by acquiring the Fyeld brand, the world leader in the production of self-propelled agricultural machinery.

In particular, Fyeld aims to fully supervise the agronomic cycle of tomatoes, peppers and root vegetables, creating innovative machines and precision farming solutions also equipped with vision systems handled by artificial intelligence.

In this deal, White Bridge Investments III was assisted by Proj.Eco Engineering for the aspects of due diligence concerning environment, safety and compliance machines.
